RAW COMBAT INTERNATIONAL
is a world wide organization dedicated to the spreading of a simple and realistic approach to Martial Training- KEEP IT RAW!
There are No Belts! No Ranks! No Bullshit! No Politics!
A belt will not help you punch your way through a gang of knife weilding thugs!
Only the pure instinct developed through the consistant training of practical and realistic martial tactics will give you a clue about what to do! On top of that there is your own personality, background, knowledge, experience, physical, mental and emotional capability/stability. Too many black belts were given a false sense of security with their title and rank- no living in a lunch box world!
Instead of surviving experiences of armed attacks/attempted muggings etc (real life threatening situations) they have years of experience being wrapped in cotton, sucking in what they are being spoon fed has now become their reality.
These days- everyone is a reality based self defence instructor/black belt/bouncer/trainer of police! Its all crap! What is most important in your training is that it makes sense! If you can't see you pulling off what you are learning in the first lesson (in terms of training something for self defence) then you are wasting your time! You must also be able to connect with your instructor/trainer and understand the man/woman behind the art to be able to absorb it.
Having said that- there shouldn't be anything scientific about what you train! It's easy! What's simple is effective! With training things become more simple for you; of course but it shouldn't take 3 years of wearing pads and pyjamas and never copping a real punch to say that your ready to take on the world! Sorry to tell you- but, you've done more harm then good! This is no a sales pitch, if you dont like what we do- then you won't agree with it, will not absorb it and it WILL NOT be effective for you! So find something that suits you and is practical!
If you are interested in learning something simple, practical and effective where trains a principal rather than encyclopedia of techniques (crap you have to remember) than have a look through the courses/systems offered within Raw Combat International.
