Raw Knife Survival (RKS) - Courses
Welcome to the world`s first online practical knife survival course.
Raw Knife Defense online breaks down each drill in detail and explains it in a way that you can work through the course progressively. We start off by looking at how to balance yourself to control your frame (which makes up the guard) and how to develop efficient body movement. This course is referred to as Knife Defense simply to relate to the general public and have them understand what we are doing right away.

The truth is that we are pro-active in approach and never wait for the attack. We push students and participants alike to develop a martial (6th) sense which is allows you to not only respond instinctively effectively but also how to read intent within the opponent`s body movement.

Again, in the beginning we look at how to control yourself before the opponent. So looking at the make up of the drills. Doing tricks when faced with a knife is all good and well but what happens when you make a mistake. This is survival and not for show! So you need to develop fluent responses as second nature! If you are to make a mistake you want to at least be protecting yourself as best possible.

The fact of the matter is that this course does not make you stab proof! That’s up to you!
We explain the logic and approach behind all the drills repetitively but we also have developed this program in a way that encourages you to train it!

In most cases you will need a partner or at least someone to work with.

So let`s get started!

Raw Knife Survival - Module 1

You will see Sifu Luke explaining to he`s students and to you personally how to let go of all crap you have seen so far and train for survival!

This module also shows you how to develop efficient body movement and effectively protect yourself when responding to knife attacks. We will also be looking at how to develop basic deflection skills against various slashes.

It is true, it is dangerous… but there are risks involved in crossing the street these days! Even in most ‘modern day’ knife defense programs these days ground work is left out and the training for it far too neglected! This is something that requires much practice, but rest assured Sifu Luke has again provided some invaluable instruction!

Raw Knife Survival - Module 2
Subscribe raw_knife_survival_modul2In this module Sifu Luke goes into the importance of being able to redirect attacks. In a nut shell the theory is that if you over extend your opponent he is much more venerable to an attack. In the same way once the knife is past you or away from you but still within arms reach it becomes much easy and safer to disarm. Again all these drills are progressive and it is important to train them progressively. This module also extends on the last with how to deflect slightly harder attacks to the body.
